Description

A Day In The Life is Wes Montgomery's 1967 album, a polished CTI/A&M-era recording that pairs his warm guitar tone with orchestral arrangements by Don Sebesky. The title track adapts the Beatles song into Montgomery's smooth jazz language, while the album balances pop repertoire and jazz phrasing.
