Returns & Refunds

We know how important condition is, especially for collectors.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or less than perfect, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

If it’s not quite right for any reason, we’re here to help - you can return it using our self-service returns portal or by contacting our Customer Service team.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
For standard returns (e.g. change of mind), items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, these conditions do not apply, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. In some instances, replacements for limited edition or sold-out products may not be available, and a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping
U.S. orders: A return shipping label will be provided 
International orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees in all cases.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing 
  • Refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days after processing 
  • In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider 

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Limited edition items
  • Sale items

Digital Music Purchases
All digital music purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
