Description

Thursday moves through nocturnal, slow-burning contemporary R&B, with hazy synth textures, sparse drum programming, and falsetto vocals that lean into unease as often as seduction. Tracks such as "Lonely Star," "The Zone," and "Rolling Stone" stretch out patiently rather than chasing hooks, and the two-part "The Birds" sequence gives the set a brooding center.
