Description

The Very Best Of Badfinger collects the ringing guitars, layered harmonies and bittersweet melodies that define the group's power pop, from "No Matter What" and "Day After Day" to the wistful "Baby Blue." The sequence balances radio-facing singles with deeper album cuts such as "We're For The Dark" and "Midnight Caller," leaving room for the band's darker, more reflective side. "Come And Get It," written by Paul McCartney, sits alongside "Without You," a song that became a standard in other hands.
