Description

The High Kings gathers traditional Irish ballads and lively session tunes into a group vocal setting, with close harmonies carrying material like "The Black Velvet Band," "The Rocky Road To Dublin," and "The Parting Glass." The sequencing balances rousing, singalong momentum against slower, more reflective airs, including a track sung in Irish.
