Description

Street Of Dreams finds Grant Green stretching four pieces into long, unhurried explorations, his clean single-note phrasing floating over a warm backdrop of organ and vibraphone. Recorded in 1964, the session leans toward late-night ballad territory on "I Wish You Love" and "Lazy Afternoon" rather than hard-driving blowing, with plenty of space around each line.
