Description

Static Age gathers the Misfits' 1978 studio sessions, capturing the band's early fusion of hardcore speed, doo-wop melody, and horror-film imagery across a run of short, hook-driven songs. Glenn Danzig's voice sits front and center on tracks such as "Last Caress," "Hybrid Moments," and "We Are 138." The material went unissued as a complete album for years.
