Description

Persistence Of Time finds Anthrax pushing their thrash attack toward something darker and more tightly wound than earlier records, with longer arrangements and a grinding low end. "Time," "Belly Of The Beast," and "In My World" trade the band's earlier levity for sustained tension, while their cover of Joe Jackson's "Got The Time" keeps the tempo high. Originally released in 1990.
