Description

Now He Sings, Now He Sobs captures Chick Corea in a piano trio setting recorded in 1968, with Miroslav Vitous on bass and Roy Haynes on drums pushing the music into restless, conversational territory. The playing moves between crisp post-bop momentum, angular rhythmic interplay, and passages of quieter reflection, with "Matrix" and "Steps - What Was" showing how freely the three players trade the lead.
