Description

Love Tattoo places Imelda May's voice at the center of a set that moves between rockabilly snap, jump blues swing, and smoky late-night balladry. Tracks such as "Johnny Got A Boom Boom," "Big Bad Handsome Man," and the title song pair brisk, retro-leaning arrangements with a vocal that turns from playful to torchy within a single bar.
