Description

Junky Star is Ryan Bingham's 2010 album, produced by T Bone Burnett and released after Bingham's Academy Award-winning work on "The Weary Kind." The record leans into weathered Americana, country, folk, and blues textures, with Bingham's gravelly voice anchoring songs of travel, hardship, and reflection. Its stripped, dusty atmosphere connects naturally with his earlier Mescalito period while deepening the songwriter's cinematic edge.
