Description

Feeling Good: Her Greatest Hits gathers a broad cross-section of Nina Simone's work, moving between soul-jazz swing, blues intimacy, torch-song balladry, and unflinching social commentary. "I Put A Spell On You" and "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" sit alongside the starker "Strange Fruit" and "Mississippi Goddam," so the sequencing shifts between the sensual and the confrontational.
