Description

Earth A.D. drives the Misfits' horror-punk imagery into blistering hardcore, built on clipped song lengths, thrash-adjacent tempos and a raw, heavily distorted guitar tone. Tracks such as "Death Comes Ripping," "Green Hell," and "Wolfs Blood" hurtle past in bursts of snarled vocals and pummelling drums, leaving little room for the melodic hooks heard elsewhere in the catalog.
