Description

Batman gathers Nelson Riddle's music for the 1966 television series, built on brass-heavy big-band writing, twangy surf guitar, and a comic timing that mirrors the show's caped set pieces. Cues such as "To The Batmobile!" and "Batman Blues" swing between hard-charging action scoring and looser, late-night jazz, with a passage of "The Stars and Stripes Forever" turning up along the way.
