Description

Alone Together is Dave Mason's 1970 solo debut, released after his work with Traffic and shaped by folk-rock, blues, and country-tinged songwriting. The album includes "Only You Know and I Know," one of Mason's signature solo songs, and features a cast of musicians connected to the late-1960s British and American rock scenes. Its relaxed, rootsy feel helped distinguish Mason's solo identity from Traffic's more improvisational approach.
