How long will it take for me to get a refund on my returned item?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be processed once received. Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed but can occasionally take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Will you accept returns of product in any condition?
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way. Any items deemed used or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, these conditions do not apply and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement. In some instances, replacements for limited edition or sold-out products may not be available, and a refund will be issued instead.
Who pays for my return?
For customers with shipping addresses within the United States, return labels will be provided.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees in all cases.
How long after my order can I submit a return request?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
